NEW METHOD OF OPERATION AT QUINTA DA REGALEIRA
From 1 August, the Cultursintra Foundation will implement a set of measures that will change the way Quinta da Regaleira operates.
These measures aim to improve quality and safety standards when welcoming and visiting Quinta da Regaleira.
The measurement axes are as follows:
• Introduction of slots to start the visit
In the process of purchasing tickets online or in person, visitors to Quinta da Regaleira will have to choose the desired day and time to start their visit. Slots refer to half-hour periods and will have a limited number of spaces.
• Implementation of a B2B ticket sales channel
This channel will only operate in digital format and is intended for tourism professionals who regularly promote visits to Quinta da Regaleira. The use of this channel will be subject to prior registration and approval.
• Implementation of a monthly ticket for professionals
The guide cards issued by the Cultursintra Foundation for professionals who regularly visit Quinta da Regaleira will be discontinued, being replaced by a ticket for professionals with a 6 months duration.
FAQ’s
Do I have to replace tickets that I have already purchased and have not yet used with new tickets issued with the new system?
No. All tickets already issued and unused that are within their validity period (120 days after the date of purchase) will be accepted.
Will the introduction of slots limit the length of my visit?
No. The slots will only determine the day and time on which the visitor must enter Quinta da Regaleira.
I did not use my ticket to visit Quinta da Regaleira on the day and time for which I purchased it. Can I ask them to change the date and time or refund the amount?
No. There will only be the possibility of rescheduling or refunds in situations of unscheduled closure of Quinta da Regaleira.
I was late arriving at Quinta da Regaleira. Can I still enter?
During the month of August, tolerance will be granted for delays, but from September 1st, it will no longer be granted.

Having provided all the requested information and documentation, after acceptance of your registration by Fundação Cultursintra FP you will receive confirmation of the same via the email you registered.
I have a guide card issued by the Foundation to visit Quinta da Regaleira that is still valid. Do I have to replace it with the new monthly ticket for professionals?
Yes. You must go to the Quinta da Regaleira Ticket Office to request the issuance of your first new monthly ticket for professionals, handing in your current card.
After obtaining the first one, how do I renew my monthly ticket for professionals?
You must go to the Ticket Office to renew it. We are preparing a simplified digital process.
Can I keep my guide card as a souvenir?
No, the guide cards for visiting Quinta da Regaleira are the property of the Cultursintra FP Foundation and must always be returned to them.
