· Tickets for the show/visit are sold online, at the address regaleira.byblueticket.pt
· On the days of the show/visit, the ticket office will also open at the venue, one hour before it starts.
· Children under 3 years of age are not permitted to enter shows/visits, in accordance with paragraph b) of art. 25th of Decree-Law nº 23/2014 of 14th February.
· Public entry is not permitted after the start time of the show/visit.
· No type of photographic, audio or video recording is permitted without prior authorization from Fundação Cultursintra FP;
· The use of cell phones or other electronic equipment during the show/visit is not permitted, and must be kept silent;
· Smoking is not permitted at Quinta da Regaleira and Quinta da Ribafria, except in designated areas;
· The refund of the ticket value will only be made in the cases provided for in art. 9th of Decree-Law No. 23/2014 of 14th February, with no place for it in case of public delay;
· Tickets will be scanned by barcode readers at the entrance;
· Tickets may be presented in physical or digital format (smartphone/tablet);
· Tickets must be retained until the end of the show;
· Theater shows take place with a minimum quorum of 10% of capacity. Visits take place with a minimum of 5 participants;
· Attendance at the event implies the granting of image rights for promotional and publicity.

For outdoor shows/visits:
If favorable weather conditions for the event are not met, Fundação Cultursintra FP reserves the right to cancel the session/visit, safeguarding the rescheduling of tickets for another session/visit or respective refund. (Decree-Law no. 23/2014 of 14th February).
At outdoor children's shows:
It is advisable to wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
For traveling night shows:
Warm clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended.
[ DISCOUNTS ]
10% discount for Sintra Residents on the advertised sales price. The discount is only applicable to tickets sold at the ticket office at the event venue and at other points of sale (except Internet), upon presentation of a valid proof of address, per ticket.
