RECITAL "MUSICALLY"
By Escola Artística de Música do Conservatório Nacional
This concert will be performed by students who are involved in a mental training workgroup. Mental training is an essential tool in performance preparation: in sports, music and in different fields such as aviation or medicine. This type of training includes mentally rehearsing and training actions, increasing motivation levels, relaxation, controlling the focus on training and performance, also focusing on the emotional preparation of the performative moment (in this case the presentation music in public). Thus, this concert is the culmination of this preparation carried out over months by the students, in which they will perform solo, seeking to put into practice all the skills gained from mental training.

PIANO RECITAL
By pianist Raul Pinto
Beethoven - Almost fantasy sonata op. 27 nº 2 (moonlight sonata)
Beethoven called it "almost a fantasy". A fantasy of an (almost) deaf musician, where private sentimental and dramatic exposure confronts feelings of prostration with indignation.
The genesis of Romanticism and the end of the submission of the politicized taste of the patrons of the time. The encounter with the “I”, definitively replacing a more artisanal aesthetic concept, already embryonic in its antecedents.
